How can I buy an In My Sundays e-gift card?

Gift cards will currently only be available for returned orders that select store credit. Otherwise, we are not offering e-gift cards at this time!

What type of payments does In My Sundays accept?

Inmysundays.com accepts all major credit cards. Afterpay is not available at this time.

Orders & Shipping

How can I check the status of my order?

We'll keep you updated via email and we'll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use UPS to ship all orders. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at orders@inmysundays.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.

Can I cancel my order?

Once orders are placed, they are quickly transmitted to our warehouse team who processes and ships your order as quickly as possible. While we do our very best to accommodate any requests you have during that short timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes can be made to your order after it has been placed. Please contact us at orders@inmysundays.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

I entered in the wrong address, what do I do?

Contact orders@inmysundays.com immediately.

Once orders are placed, they are quickly transmitted to our warehouse team who processes and ships your order as quickly as possible. While we do our very best to accommodate any requests you have during that short timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes can be made to your order after it has been placed.

If we are unable to edit your address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to see what they are able to do for you.

My order is missing, can you help?

If you believe your package is lost, email us right away at orders@inmysundays.com so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages to us within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Kindly note that if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

If your package has indeed been lost, you must reach out to the carrier (UPS) to file a claim. Once your claim has been filled, please reach out to us at orders@inmysundays.com with information regarding your situation and we will assist you.



What shipping options do you offer?

Currently we ship all packages out UPS ground. Be on the lookout for more options to be added soon!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How are taxes calculated?

For all orders, taxes may be applicable and vary depending on the shipping destination.

Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer's responsibilty.

Are your items heavily stocked?

We definitely listen to your feedback! While we purchase all of our stock months in advance, we have stocked more inventory on styles we know you will go crazy for to allow everyone to get the pair on their wish list!

When will you restock?

Although we aim to allow every customer to get exactly what is on their wishlist, sometimes we underestimate demand. All products and quantities are final, meaning that we don't plan to restock any of them. However, as returns are processed, you might see an item you've been eyeing pop back up on the site! So check back often.

Product & Sizing

How should I care for my In My Sundays pajamas?

To maintain the quality of all our products, we recommend following the care instructions on the fabric tag located inside your garment. These care instructions have been created to extend the lifespan of the product.

In My Sundays pajamas are made with soft, luxurious TENCEL™ Modal fabric 95%, 5% spandex. The fabric is not only sustainable, but temperature - regulating.

Please take good care of your In My Sundays by hand washing with warm water and laying flat to dry. Do not bleach or dry clean, iron on low heat if needed.

Kindly note we are not responsible for damage that occurs when the recommended care instructions are not followed.

What if my In My Sundays product is damaged upon arrival?

We are so sorry to hear about any damages upon arrival as we work our hardest to ensure all items are up to our quality standards.

If you item is damaged, please reach out to orders@inmysundays.com within 7 days of receiving the item to resolve the issue.

Do the In My Sundays pajamas have a quality guarantee?

While we strive to deliver the best quality pajamas on the marketplace, we do understand that mistakes happen. Therefore if you have any quality concerns, please reach out to us at orders@inmysundays.com within 30 days of receiving your package. If you reach out after the 30 days, we cannot guarantee we will be able to resolve the situation.

Kindly note, any damages due to not following the care instructions of the item will not be covered under this guarantee.

Are there any return shipping costs?

There is a shipping fee for all returned items. The fee is calculated when submitting your return and will vary based upon the return address, as UPS fees change based upon distance from our warehouse and weight of package.

Kindly note, this shipping fee will be noted as a "handling fee" during the return process at this time.

What is the status of my refund?

Returns are processed quickly after delivery to our warehouse. If it's been longer than 10 business days (you can confirm by checking your return shipment tracking), please contact us at orders@inmysundays.com. You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.

Kindly note, once the return has been processed, it could take 7 - 10 business days for the refund to post on your credit or debit card or PayPal account. If the credit has not posted within 10 business days, please contact your bank or PayPal for further assistance.

How do I return a gift?

If you have received In My Sundays as a gift and would like to return it, please note that this must be done within 60 days of the original purchase. Please reach out to us at orders@inmysundays.com to facilitate this request.

Kindly note, store credit will be the only option allowed for all returns that do not have the associated order number, such as gifted items.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please keep an eye out for this feature in the future!
