Where Comfort Meets Cause: Support for Kerr County, Texas 

Our hearts are with Kerr County, Texas. 100% of net profits on July 8th, 2025 will be donated to Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country: Kerr County Flood Relief Fund to support those impacted by the devastating floods. 

 

In My Sundays LLC. is proud to support Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country: Kerr County Flood Relief Fund through a charitable sales promotion under the following Terms and Conditions:
1.      This promotion is valid for purchases made between 12am central through 11:59pm central on July 8th. 
2.      For each purchase during the above promotion period, In My Sundays LLC. will donate 100% of net profits to Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country: Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country: Kerr County Flood Relief Fund has been granted tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service, functioning as a charity under §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
3.      The maximum total donation that In My Sundays LLC. will make through this promotion is $50,000.00.
4.      In My Sundays LLC. has received permission to name Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country: Kerr County Flood Relief Fund as the charitable beneficiary of this promotion.  Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country: Kerr County Flood Relief Fund is not a sponsor of this promotion, and does not endorse In My Sundays LLC. products.
5.      Donation payments will be made by In My Sundays LLC. to Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country: Kerr County Flood Relief Fund within days 7 after the conclusion of the above promotion period.
6.      This offer is void where prohibited by law.  
7.      In My Sundays LLC. reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, subject to making any donations already earned as of the modification or termination date.
8.      This promotion is conducted in compliance with the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (TN Code §47-18-101 et seq.), and all other applicable state and federal laws.
